The handbook comprises international conventions, country reports and comparative analysis.
The handbook provides an overview of the global framework of international commercial arbitration, and gives a comprehensive insight into the laws of international arbitration. All authors are practicing legal experts specialising in arbitration law of the countries covered by the handbook.
